Hi, I’m Christina Briggs.
I’m a full-time real estate professional with over 10 years of experience helping people navigate one of the biggest (and sometimes most emotional) decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home. Originally from the Midwest, I made my way to California at 22 and have been proud to call the Central Valley home ever since, where I’ve built my career and raised my family.
I specialize in working with first-time homebuyers and move-up buyers, and I genuinely love guiding my clients through the process—answering questions, solving problems, and keeping things as smooth and stress-free as possible (or at least keeping the stress manageable with a little humor along the way).
I’m big on communication, honesty, and doing things the right way. I believe my clients deserve clear guidance, real answers, and someone who will always have their best interests at heart. No pressure, no confusion—just straightforward support you can count on.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me in my garden with my hands in the dirt (my version of therapy), enjoying nature, supporting animal rescue efforts, or reading anything I can get my hands on—especially if it helps me become even better at what I do.
